Meet the Team: Dalton Craig, Territory Chemical Sales Manager – Southeast

It didn’t take Dalton Craig long to realize that a banking career wasn’t the path best suited for him. After attending Wingate University, the Union County, NC, native tested the banking industry and soon traded his coat and tie for a uniform at a large regional car wash chain. He spent several years ascending the managerial ladder there and eventually garnered the notice of Howco principals, who offered him a Territory Chemical Sales Manager position for the Southeast.

After his years gaining experience and knowledge on the operator side of the car wash industry, Craig, 27, deemed the opportunity a natural progression in his career and joined Howco in July 2023.

“This is an exciting job that allows me to travel to car washes throughout the territory and assist operators, sharing what I know and am continuing to learn from Howco and our vendors’ vast banks of knowledge,” Craig said. “I consider this opportunity the second stage of a hopefully long career for me in the car wash industry.”

As big sports fans, Craig and his wife enjoy hosting cookouts for friends while cheering on the UNC Tarheels, Atlanta Braves, and Carolina Panthers. He is also keen on playing golf and spoiling his dogs. 

Being a self-described uncomplicated and easygoing guy who loves helping others, Craig is dedicated to being a perfect complement to the Howco team and asset for its customers.
